Return, Refund, and Service Policy

1. Hardware Products (Consumer Goods)
This includes:
- Computers and laptops
- Computer parts and accessories
- Networking devices
Warranty-Based Returns
We comply with applicable Philippine consumer protection laws. Customers may be eligible for:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund (only when legally applicable)
This applies only to:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect item shipped
- Damage upon delivery (must be reported within 24 hours)
Non-Eligible Cases
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection by customer
- Incompatibility disclosed prior to purchase
- Damage after delivery
- Misuse or improper handling
2. OpenClaw Setup, Subscription, and Digital Services
This includes:
- OpenClaw setup and configuration
- AI agent deployment
- Server setup and automation services
- Subscription-based services
- Software installation and integration
- Technical consulting services
Service Policy
All services are considered delivered upon:
- Setup initiation
- System configuration
- Deployment or activation
- Delivery of credentials or access
Once any of the above has started, services are:
- Non-refundable
- Non-cancellable
- Non-transferable
3. Subscription Billing
- Subscription fees are billed per selected cycle (monthly/annual)
- Active subscriptions cannot be refunded once charged
- Cancellation prevents future billing only
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
Unauthorized disputes or chargebacks may result in:
- Service suspension
- Account termination
- Loss of access to services
Resolution First
We encourage customers to contact us first for resolution.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may only be granted for:
- Duplicate payment
- Billing system errors
- Failure to deliver service due to provider-side issues
Review and Approval
All exceptions are subject to review and approval.
