Refund, return, billing, and cancellation summary

EZRAH confirms product availability, service deliverables, billing cycle, and any delivery or setup schedule before accepting payment.

Hardware Orders

Hardware availability, final item condition, warranty coverage, and delivery or pickup timing are confirmed before payment. Returns or replacements are handled according to item condition, supplier warranty, and documented defects.

Installation Services

IT system installation, server setup, and software deployment work starts only after the customer confirms the service scope, deliverables, schedule, and quoted amount.

Monthly Managed Support

Monthly managed system support is billed on the agreed cycle. Customers may request cancellation before the next renewal date. No hidden charges are added without confirmation.
